Since I have been raising awareness about the dangers of this vet hospital, I have received numerous messages from others who have experienced harm to their pets at Warm Springs. They also have a previous case in which a client sued them for performing the wrong surgery. You can view it online at:

Debra Chen, DVM, is dishonestly misrepresenting the circumstances surrounding my cat's preventable death and spreading false information to current customers or anyone inquiring about my Yelp review. She is falsely claiming that Stella had an underlying health issue, which is completely untrue. What infuriates me even more is that instead of admitting uncertainty with a simple statement like, "we don't know exactly what happened," she has chosen to fabricate details. I know exactly what happened but of course she will never tell anyone the truth.
While I was already aware of her tendency to be untruthful, this blatant disregard for honesty and morality has reached a new low. She has absolutely no care or concern that she has changed my life in so many ways by killing Stella. Stella's brother, Oliver, has become a different cat. He is no longer his usual happy self. He seems depressed and is just different. I'll never forgive Debra Chen for causing Stella's death. She never genuinely apologized, she tried to place blame on other factors, they immediately labeled my chart (Oliver's chart) as a NO SERVICE CLIENT and it states to direct all communication to the owner and now she's lying to customers. Customers who trust her. Such a shame she is allowed to practice.
